Popularity of mobile banking is climbing
"The telephone and mail are now the two least preferred banking methods as customers continue to seek more convenient ways to manage their accounts, according to a recent survey by the American Bankers Association.
For the first time, mobile banking has eclipsed the popularity of phone and mail and is now preferred by 8 percent of customers, the survey said. That’s up from 6 percent in 2012." Continue Reading
